Toxic players.....

I know there is no way to get rid of all of them but i can't count the number of times i've gone into lobbies and said 1 thing like "I like to play ahri mid, don't ban her" to have everyone on my team start yelling at me and they ban her because they want me to do bad? I don't know why they'd want someone on there team to do bad. Anyway i've started taking screen shots of some of the racist and horrible comments people make in champ select ESPECIALLY in ranked games because it's those games that half my team is arguing and split pushes because they're mad. But what can i do with these screenshots? can i submit them somewhere to prove that RandomToxicplayer69 was being a horrible person, I report them at the end of the game but i'm not sure if that's enough, they make me not was to play at all.
