Game crash and /remake

I was in the loading screen for my game, while there my computer lost internet connection. This resulted in me being put in a 10 min low priority queue. I understand that the /remake is in place for people who leave the game and such, but I was at my computer the whole time. This is very annoying and I wanted to hear what you guys think.
