banning system

yo guys...i have something to ask you...i got my account banned and i am asking riot to give it back to me, but they just answer me with like scripted answers(no1 gives a f*** what im writing). i am a guy that always want to win and thats why i flame sometimes, and i was tilted last game so i started flaming and i told ppl that they suck. I know its a thing i shouldnt do thats why i asked riot support for 1 more chance(Alpharius13) and they just andswered me like i dont mean nothing. I would never flame again if they do unbann my account. and now my question...do u guys think they did the right thing banning my account?
