Writing hopefully funny articles about LoL, but I need your help what is funny and not trash?

I wrote this article titled 'Riot Outsources Main Support Forums to Reddit' at an attempt to create an Onion like article. The site has 5 articles which are written attempting to sound serious, but funny to people who play those games. I feel my first attempt was way more serious than I wanted it to be. I want to be a more fun writer, but I don't want to turn into a Buzzfeed-esque author.

TL;DR

What would you guys find funny that doesn't sound like click bait? I'm up for any ideas at all.
