Really? Why do you hate it so much when people buy boots of swiftness? I get those on Zyra, ALWAYS. Because boots of mobility, although help with her MS struggle, she can also get caught out super easily, so I get those so I can get back out with the same MS; sometimes I even get Alacrity!

Hey frozen mallet is a very good item, makes infighters with low mobility able to keep up with fleeing champs...i mean pair it with blue smite, swiftness, and a bork and you can stay on their ass for days...or also disengage...low them and get the fuck out

Cause Supports like janna don't have to risk a lot when they use their kit whereas champions like talon or zed would never get any use out of this because they are risky. Besides I don't believe there is a single AD support in the game.

item 3022 On certain champions like Gnar or Shyvana it can be pretty strong, denying escape to people running away. I could also see it on Udyr or Poppy because escaping them is already hell, why not make it worse? item 3508 I build it on Sivir because it gives the stats to make her more of a waveclear bot (mana gain and CDR), and also it allows her damage in teamfights to be huge and RNG independent (Ricochet does a lot more damage than one would think, especially with 6 bouncing around due to CDR. The lifesteal doesn't hurt its viability either. Other than that, I've seen item 3042 users build it to outweigh the active cost, but I'm not overly a fan of it on them unless they need CDR + Lifesteal that bad. item 3141 item 3041 They're snowballing items, they don't make someone unkillable, they just make it way harder. I think that the tweak to them awhile back (start at 5 stacks, lose half on death) honestly put them in a better spot than they've been in for awhile. As for item 3009 and item 3124 I just don't see them or use them to know where they'd be effective.

The thing is that the items are situational picks, not items like item 3031 item 3105 item 3110 item 2045 item 3046 that are built in the majority of games (Just examples, there's a lot more)

The only time frozen mallet can be built is on Gnar, but ppl don't build it anymore because black cleaver is way better now, and Shyvana never builds that garbage item. Sivir with essence reaver is just plain bad, BT is always better. Also crit is the best damage scaling in the game for ADCs so trying to make something "RNG independent" will only make you do less damage especially when you're an adc who needs to do damage otherwise you're just going to be useless all day every day. Mejaia's is good on janna and other supports like her, but sword of the occult is just plain awful item and should be removed.
