Why is League going so far down hill recently?

Got placed in Elo Hell...Bronze.I have AFKers in almost every game,teammates have the worst attitudes, it's almost impossible to carry a game even when I'm like 25/3 the team will find a way to lose. Is this just normal in bronze or has the community just gone THAT far downhill cause Riot does nothing about it?

bronze is actually the easiest rank to carry and going 25 kills and 3 deaths would make for an easy game if someone was playing who actually knows how to carry. if you truly can't get out, it most likely means you are bronze.
