My league wont open no matter what i do please send help!!!

i have fully deleted the files and uninstalled the game i have went into the files and deleted certian files, restarted my computer removed all traces of league anf redownloaded league and ran it as admin all that has happen was the league logo would pop up then pvp. kernal would pop saying somthing was wrong or it would say league was running but not be in my task manager at all i dont know what else to do to try and fix it please send help Q.Q

Did avast block it? If so, you'll need to go to avast and restore it otherwise it may have messed with your registries so that it just will not run (thinking it was a virus) so that almost nothing else can fix it.

Well you could go to the system restore and go back to before it was broken. Then add it as an exclusion to avast before trying to run it so that it doesn't get blocked in the first place.
