My league wont open no matter what i do please send help!!!

i have fully deleted the files and uninstalled the game i have went into the files and deleted certian files, restarted my computer removed all traces of league anf redownloaded league and ran it as admin all that has happen was the league logo would pop up then pvp. kernal would pop saying somthing was wrong or it would say league was running but not be in my task manager at all i dont know what else to do to try and fix it please send help Q.Q

Did avast block it? If so, you'll need to go to avast and restore it otherwise it may have messed with your registries so that it just will not run (thinking it was a virus) so that almost nothing else can fix it.

im not sure i emptied out the virus chest and running a scan i have never had this problem before. when i go to delete parts of the lol download file it says i need admin permission to delete it and i dont know how i went into the admin cmd and tried but it still wont go away

Well you could go to the system restore and go back to before it was broken. Then add it as an exclusion to avast before trying to run it so that it doesn't get blocked in the first place.

so i did what you said i usally make resore points every week and i completly forgot i could restore it so ty so much for the reminder. after i restored it i went in to the virus chest and i exculed league of legends and restarted my computer and it opened fine but i have to reupdate now :( bc i uninsalled it and now i really sad XD. but ty so much for the help atleatst i make restore points :DDDDDDD
