Bonus IP weekend parties

Hello summoners I was thinking about IP and how hard is to get it when you are losing games constantly. When we have bonus IP weekend parties we get better amount of IP even if we lose if we are with our premades. I think those weekend parties should be every second or third weekend and not after a few months like now. Let me know what you think about this.
