Yasuo particles still missing

Explained in the archived Reddit thread, Yasuo is still currently missing many of particles on his classic skin, High Noon, and PROJECT. Some particles include missing the e + q glow on the classic and High Noon skins. His Q tornado indicator also used to match the color scheme of skin i.e. brown forHN and orange for PROJECT instead of the default blue all skins have now. One last major particle that's missing are the little indicators to show when an enemy is knocked up. TLDR: Yasuo particles still missing on all his skins including classic except the recent Blood Moon.
