Anyone else anoyed by the lack of feedback in championselect ?

So it happened again. Getting in queue, banning my champs, go and check out their team/change music, tab back: oh you have been thrown out of the queue because you failed to pick, but we didn't give you any indication of this by a sound or the game popping in the foreground because ... oh well. Because It always was like that, but we need change at any cost ? I mean It even does it when its your turn to ban, so I just don't really get it. Queuing up is a hassle in itself, so getting kicked out and blocked for what ever time is just frustrating as hell.
