Darius and Garen, will they still beat Riven?

No, darius will no longer be able to beat riven. The delay on his Q will make her able to dodge all Q, and the lack of AS reduction will let her combo easily. Also, the damage reduction will make him really easy to beat. The numbers are very low actually, don't know what riot is thinking

I would say Darius would still win. As long as Darius builds "Juggernaut" he should continue to uncare. Big whoop if Q has a delay. If you have checked on it you would know it doesn't slow down Darius at all. And Unless Riven wants to use EVERY DASH to get away from you instead of fighting you will just win lane.

Now if Darius's Q can be interrupted by riven dashing in and stunning...That is a different kettle of "This sucks."

Darius I can't really tell, as I don't know that matchup well.

Garen, however, will do just fine. His silence was never why he did well against Riven, and the bonus armor early can only be helpful.

They're both getting nerfed AND armor is getting nerfed... so it looks bad for our counter-cancer boys in top lane.

Lol no they won't, they were barely able to in the first place. is one of my favorite toplaners, I win most matchups but Riven is not one of them. Her CC keeps fucking interrupting my combos, her shield negates a big part of my damage, and she jumps around way too much for my immobile ass to keep up with her. And Darius has a 45% winrate vs. Riven in Plat+ so I know i'm not the only one. After these changes, Darius is going to be absolute trash in lane.
