Hey I am all in for punishing those people who feed and throw games and rage out. The only thing that troubles me is that means more restrictions. More restrictions mean more control. More control leads to dictatorship. As a game you play for free I think people should be less worried about being cursed out by a 7 year old kid than the fact that its a free game, and 7 year old are going to play it. If people are actually offended by the things people say to them to a point where they are not enjoying the game itself is hilarious. People applauding people getting banned does not solve the problem. I think the problem will be solved if it was not a free game. If you have to invest money in it to play at a competitive level most crazy people will be deterred. I just think is funny that people get so upset over a game that the creators had to step in and lock everyone up. Sounds a lot like america. Guns blazing.

You've got the points right, but not the conclusion. People are the problem. Whenever you allow people to do something competitive without clear guidelines for sportsmanship you will end up with a situation like the one League has, it has nothing to do with financial investment.

So let me get your point straight here.. you're worried about encroaching on peoples' rights to flame and harass?
