The 10 Provisional games have to be one of the stupidest things ever. I just played them and i lost 2 and won 8 in a row and im bronze 4. Riot is like society, once your down its impossible to ever go up. This disgusts me, now i know why thousands of people from S1 stopped playing. riot is killing this game. Welp since im never getting out of bronze no matter how many i win. time to uninstall
You realize that the MMR you start those provisionals with is calculated based on your MMR from the previous season, right?
If you started low, you aren't going to suddenly rise to the very top, no matter how well you do.
2 things: 1. This season they made it so it's very unlikely to get placed above your s4 rank. 2. Almost everyone got placed lower.
It's how soft resets work and bronze and silver populate like 80% of the community so their not quitting
