Mystery hextech box mystery

so after saving up 1700ips to get a mystery Hextech box.. hmm dodgey, personally only worth getting if you already got all the cheap champs in my opinion.. but anyways have go at it for kicks... since runes are to be changed cheaper soon something in next few patches or so...

But unfortunately the only real mystery, apart from the Ziggs skin which I already had, was the amazing amount of blue essence it gave me ONLY 10... cmon...

was this because I already had like over 700 blue essence...some sort of Rito balancing is it.. that it gave me a pitiful amount.. really shouldn't have bothered with such a pitiful amount its more of an insult than anything else....
