Will Riot ever fix the servers?

With all the money you make, you figure you could afford better servers? Instead of working on new skins for us to, oh, just feed you more money, maybe you should fix the servers? Even though league is free to play, we all support the game buy purchasing RP. I don't care for gatherings at PAX. Didn't you guys host private parties at PAX east in March? How much money did that cost, which could have been spent towards fixing the servers. This has been going on for MONTHS, and the way riot addresses the issue is with "Currently, games may be experiencing lag. We are working to fix this." Last game I played, everyone was DC'd and it wasn't even a loss prevented. This happens on a daily basis, and with such a huge community and fan base, one would figure that riot would at least explain more in detail with its players about what is happening and how they plan on fixing it?
