I like the idea of a disabled tb

As you all know by now team builder will be replaced by the new queue and I for one , like this idea remember how many times you finally found that support and boom... he's just a spam bot and you have to wait another 5 minutes. TB has its pros and cons and maybe blind would be a better queue to disable but all of it is not bad. [slayer-jinx-catface]
