This guy has a bronze border but a 95% winrate in his last 20 games. 8.0 KDA and 97% winrate with a champ suddenly. Guess what though? I'm not even reporting it. . I don't get any LP back. Let him ruin the game for others. I genuinely hope he makes some players quit this game. This kind of stuff happens frequently in silver and gold (probably in bronze as well) and nothing is done about it.

bronze border means no border doh... But yes smurfing does seem to happen or sometimes its elo boosting which that sucks to be against.

He is a bronze border...in gold now. huge spike in winrates and KDA. player is obviously not silver/bronze quality.
