What's up fellow lolers, does anyone know or can anyone give me some input on when the legacy vault should be open next (General Time frame works for me)? I would love a chance to grab some of these skins, especially since I started in the beginning of season 5 so I haven't had the opportunity quite yet to!

Any specific skin? If it is a Snowdown one, for example, it may be in the Snowdown shop for example.
