Tribunal: Is it always down?
I have checked in multiple times over the past 4 weeks. It is always building cases. For a game with the most toxic community in the entire world, you'd think it wouldn't take so long?
When will it be back up?

It's been shut down for maintenance and upgrading. That happened ~9 months ago. They're working on getting it back up, but there's some hangups.
Notably, because they want to do a worldwide rollout, they've got to be sure that every region has the tech in place to support it - which is taking time that the PB&J team can't really control.
I'm hoping - but not necessarily expecting - to see it return in the next couple of months. But that may be optimistic.
