IT TAKES TO LONG TO GET INTO A GAME!

The new ranked que is a joke and takes way to long to get into a game these days. I honestly have to allow atleast 20-30 minutes until im in a game playing due to the que itself taking so long to find a game and when it does it takes forever for everyone to go through the pick and ban phase since the update, if you finally get through all of that without someone forgetting to lock in their champ which happens atleast 50% of the time. I know this update fixes alot of fighting and toxic players with them fighting over what roles their playing but it simply just takes to long.
