Champion Skins

Am I the only one that waits for new patches to see upcoming skins? I'm absolutely in love with recent additions like the Arcade skins and now the Star Guardians (especially Janna), but it seems like a lot of champions don't get enough attention in the skin making process. They have little or outdated skins, while other lovable champs like Ashe or Katarina continue to get more skins. It's understandable that some characters have hard personalities to match with skins, but I have faith in the people at Riot. Some of these champs could include Nidalee (which is biased because I main Nidalee, and I missed the chance to earn her Championship skin? Unless it's like Victorious Janna, in which I have to earn it), Janna (until the Star Guardian release, thank you Riot), Taliyah, Tahm Kench, Syndra (perhaps), and the list continues. I'm sure everyone appreciates the rate in which skins are released to the community, but all that is missing is a range for a people that adore some of the more neglected champs. Thank you (:
