Club Members and Membership Limit

TLDR: Raise club members limit to 200 (at least). Let club owner restrict/enable chat for members. Raise club membership limit from 3 to 10, or make it unlimited. Allow players to disable certain club chat windows from popping up automatically when the client opens. Allow them to "mute" club chats.

When the club feature was released, Riot said the 3 clubs and 50 members limits would be increased at a later date. It has been 3 months.

If you want to create a club, you can invite up to 49 friends to join at launch (we’re likely going to increase the cap, but we’re being conservative to start because persistent chat can get pretty clunky with too many users).

If the persistent chat is the concern, then Increasing the club members limit but also giving the club owner the ability to restrict/enable chat to a given number of members seems a fine solution. Many people want to join big clubs for the sake of having a desired tag. The chat feature is mostly used by a smaller club of friends that know each other. This will also lessen spam. I suggest raising the maximum number of club members to 200 or 300, and leaving the maximum number of members that can use the chat feature to 50. If the chat feature is the only reason the club limit is so low this should solve the problem. A club with 300 people wouldn't know most of the other members and only joined for the tag; not being able to message in chat shouldn't be a big problem. Chat groups are still a thing anyways.

The club membership limit is also absurdly low. I personally don't see why there is a limit in the first place. If the whole chat feature is again the issue, then allowing players to disable/mute club chats would solve the problem. I've actually found the club chats popping up very annoying, and close them as soon as I open the client. A feature to disable the chat windows opening automatically would be great; almost necessary when raising the club membership limit.
Instead a small notification could show there was a new message in a club chat. There should then be another option to mute these notifications.

On a side note, please put the club tag in front of the username. It looks weird, but I can live with it. The other changes I kinda need. Riotpls.
