Problem with chat restriction, support, and reports

I was recently chat restricted. I do not agree with the restriction, and think a really large amount of the reports I received were for me trying to make people focus on game instead of getting angry at each other. But the only thing I asked the Support, was to give me logs of what I did, so I could improve my behavior, because maybe I wasn't seeing what I was doing that was toxic. At first, the support replied me very fast, telling me the usual general messages, that I wouldn't be unbanned, ect... (even though I never asked that), and once they understood what I really asked for, I never got any other reply. This was 7 days ago, and I tried to reply to this support request to get an answer, without success.

I finished my restricted games yesterday, and I kept playing. But just now, I finished one game where my team wanted to surrend really fast, and the ADC started to flame me for the loss, even if it was the fault of everyone, especially botlane. I continued to play, even if it was already lost, and the ADC kept flaming me. I have not been toxic, yet at the end of the game I received at least a report from her, if not from others aswell, while I wasn't able to report her, because I never have access to the post game screen. So every toxic player I encounter can report me because they didn't like me, and I can't even report them myself.

I did not wanted to create drama by posting a message like this in the boards, but since the Support cannot do anything for me, I have no other choice, because I do not want to get banned again because I am not a really good player outside of my main role.
