The Player Deft Pawn?

I came across a player called Deft Pawn, on NA, in Challenger with 1085 LP, making him rank 3. His highest champion mastery score is 4, on Irelia, and he was 113 wins.. what is more it seems to be a fresh account, season 6 being the first season it was used. Can someone please explain to me how this came to be? I don't get how an account got to challenger with 113 wins and no prior ranking. And who is this? If its someone "smurf" or atlas account they have been grinding up? I'm confused.

NA Challenger is not that hard for a pro team player or a solo q god.It's NA. I dont know if you knew the account "eveloken",climb to NA rank 1 in season 6 with 230 wins without any duo parterner. And also, dopa was streaming in China and climb to rank 1 in 1 mouth with a fresh account, of course solo q. Another thing is lvl30 account, win 10 ranks get to plat 1, when your win rates over 50%, you get more than 25 lp every game, over 70%, you get more than 50 lp every game, actually when your win rate is 70% and you keep ranking, you can promotion from 3 to 1, like damioned 5 to damioned 3, damioned 3 to damioned 1, you just need less than 40 wins to get to the master with a fresh account if you are good enough.And when you get to the challenger, lose a game you lose less than 10 lp, win a game you gain 60 even 100 lp.
