The day I was forced to quit League of Legends

Hello everyone,

I am a family member from Twisted Scorpio, he asked me to post for him here at NA to share his story as he has no accounts at NA servers but I do, he is right next to me as I type this. I am also a witness as I experienced it all with him because he told me right after the guy added him and it started to happen.

Basically someone who apparently hated on him lured him into a trap to get him banned off League of Legends by an email address account binding.

He has learned his lesson of course and he is for sure not gonna fall for it again, you can see his story and a well written explanation of what happened at his Reddit post:

http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/2lti5m/the_day_i_was_forced_to_quit_league_of_legends/

As we´re from Venezuela we really have very limited options so he really has no way of getting his account back by his own means, I can't help him either and no friend can either, he is begging for a Rioter to find a solution to his problem as it is all a big misunderstanding because he was lured into it because of how limited our country is.

Please take your time to read through his answers as he answers each and every single one of the comments, please do read his post so you have a better understanding of what he's going through, he can't have people get him out of it either, as he's very ethical with his problem he wishes Riot to come with a solution.

Read the post. Your family member needs to pay the remaining balance on his account. It seems he turned down financial help, if approved by Riot, already. So, if he's looking to have someone wire money to him directly then he's screwed.

I read through it and while I do feel (kinda) sorry for your friend, account sharing is forbidden for a reason.

What I don't sympathize with is "I was forced to quit League" and then him saying "I won't make a new account because I'm emotionally attached to this one". If I got banned for whatever reason I'd make a new account in a heartbeat, even though I've spent well over 300£ (about 500USD) on this one. If he wants to play League, he can make a new account. Diamond isn't an easy feat sure, but his skill should get him back there soon enough.

Live and learn. If something is too good to be true, it usually is.

Well...

Shit happens. He spent money that he didn't pay for from a stranger and it came back to bite him. I hope he learned a life lesson. He should consider himself very fortunate to learn this lesson over something as inconsequential as LoL rather than other potentially horrendous means.
