PROJECT hoodie quest shipment email

Okay so, I ordered a PROJECT hoodie. It is Wednesday. According to Riot Merch's Facebook, all should be shipped out by tomorrow at the latest. Still no email. Is it because I ordered later? The quest began around August 9 and I ordered on August 21. Since shipment has a queue it could be that. I was wondering, could it be because I ordered the hoodie with other items or something? That package already says "delivered" because I got the other items already, but I still haven't gotten an email about the hoodie. Thanks o-o
