Bronze is HELL!! Regardless of my own skill I still get DEMOTED!!

From most recent to least. Supp Leona 2-4 lose with a 1-8 Nasus... Adc Quinn 4-5 lose with a leaver Adc Quinn 9-10 lose decent match Supp Leona 2-5 win hey I'm on a roll Jung Skarner 4-6 Top didnt connect til 10 mins then winds up 2-10 Supp Leona 2-13 Lose yeah this was my bad... Adc Quinn 12-9 Lose.... I try soooooo hard to be nice and be a good teamate but its impossible to move up so i get demoted even when i do amazing. i try to urge my teamates to play on and use teamwork and nothing works in the league man. thanks for letting me vent :(
