Surrendering and more..

So today I was banned for trying to surrender and trying to convince my team to surrender nothing more. Yet they called me toxic whole game insulted me and reported me. I only kept saying that I believe in surrendering and I believe it to be admitting defeat. I do not find any fun in this game when my team is losing by a large margin and no one wants to surrender. Also I do not have fun when my whole team calls me toxic for simply trying to convince people to surrender. Should i just surrender all the time and not talk next time? Or what am I supposed to do Riot? I am being very serious here this is the second time I am being reported and banned for this sort of thing and i would like a solution to my problem. The tribunal does not seem to check chat logs or anything of games just bans people and i do not believe that is a right thing to do because there can be trolls and such to get perfectly non-toxic people banned without a good reason. I do not insult people if they do not insult me first. I will admit I did insult one person in the previous game. What I said was I do not have any fun in losing and dying all the time why won't you guys surrender? I then asked them if they had fun dying all the time and losing. One said yes the one I was sort of arguing with. Then I told him if he thinks this is fun he needs to get a better life because this is sad and not fun. Please riot I beg you will create a better tribunal and find the right solution to my problem. I dont care to get unbanned that much but i would also like to get unbanned because, I believe i was not banned with circumstances that would require a ban of this sort. I would also like to have some better surrender option availible so i don't have to deal with trolls like this.
