I would like to know when is slayer jinx going to be able to purchase single not in a bundle. I would love to buy this skin please, I own all the other skins.

It's possible that Slayer Jinx will make an appearance outside of the Legacy Vault once the Harrowing comes around, but nothing is of course guaranteed. Alternatively, once you have 10+ skins available for purchase, you can try your luck at either Mystery Gifting and/or Hextech Crafting. Legacy Skins are available through both of those methods.
