Account suspended permanently. No e-mail detailing ban as stated upon log in. No response yet.

Hello guys i'm a long time league player. I've been playing since season 1. I've had this account for a very long time and enjoy playing league of legends every day. I'm not a saint and I've been chat restricted for a few games before but I've never done anything serious like racism or tell someone to die or something stupid. I've tried to be less toxic since my restrictions and sometimes just mute and don't communicate because my teammates are just as bad or worse. I tried to log in today and it said I was banned. I understand if I did something severely wrong or even had some details as to why but I don't and this is an extremely harsh punishment. I love this game and would not want to quit but I have so much time money and effort invested into this account to be banned on a whim with nothing as to even tell me why really upsets me. I could understand a ranked restriction, possibly a week ban but a permanent one is absolutely absurd. Also no I did not leave or AFK games so I'm assuming its a chat thing? Please someone anyone respond and help me please! I have submitted a ticket and made a post on Reddit with no responses as of yet. Somebody, anybody. Please.
