I think I have an idea to see how Riot functions (Would like riot to answer too)

Why does Riot take so much time to implement stuff? Take Teambuilder ranked as example. What's so hard? What are you guys adjusting/designing atm? Everything takes so long, client, replay, new tribunal! you fix bugs in patches only although EUW had 3-4 hours maintence yesterday ...

So what if Riot Games allowed everything done at their headquarters to be seen by us, complete transparency. The idea came from when Lyte was talking about how hard it is at Riot to keep on producing products, the redditors basically said he didnt answer the question, making unrelated claims etc. So I would want to know whenever Lyte was making a hissy fit, or the redditors are just being "ignorant and naive" like Lyte said, thoughts?

While I don't like Lyte's answer, transparency is an awful lot of work. You're talking about having them put every step of everything they're doing on the web.

Ever seen Office Space? Where 40 people come up to the guy's desk to ask about the status of the TPS reports, so often that there's no way for him to actually get any work done? It'd be like that. The more time you have to spend talking about what you've done, what you're doing, and what you're going to do, the less time you have to do anything at all.
