Teemo Skin

I was thinking a cool Teemo skin would be if he floated inside a water bubble and every time he shot out of it, it would break the water bubble for a split second but not destroy the bubble. just enough to let out his shot. and his mushrooms can be be water bubbles with fish inside them :D Sort of similar to wow's companion.
