Signing up for PBE

I have signed up for PBE and waited at least a year and still haven't gotten accepted. When riot said they are opening PBE signups i got excited that I might actually get selected so i signed up again. Even so I still didn't. Riot says they would prefer a level 30 who is not toxic and plays pretty often which I do. Is there anything I can do to get accepted into the PBE

Just be patient really. Stay active in the community and don't be toxic lol.
