Some ideas i got (champions and gameplay)

I would like to see two new kind of champions 1 There is no CLOWN...Shaco is what we call in French a «Fou du roi». Properly, a clown with big colored hair and make-up, there is not. 2 I'd like to see an Electricity character. Throwing lightning like Ramuh in Final Fantasy 6 or Electro in spiderman. 3 A giant cyclop that throws rock o everybody ( ultimate Rockfall)

For gameplay

It would be fun to see the champion's face (or minion's) that destroys the Nexus, the same as when they destroy a turret or a Inihibitor.

Finally it would be fun to see replays of the 3 bests plays in the game...at the end of the game.

Shaco is a bit closer to a Jester, which served the same purpose as a clown, but to a different audience historically (appearance based on the era). A new one closer to the modern "clown" might not be a bad idea.

Kennen and Xerath are both champions that make use of electiricity.

Showing a particular champion's face for the Nexus would take away from the idea/fact (whichever you prefer to refer to it as) that they worked as a team to take down the Nexus unlike turrets and inhibs which can be taken down individually (without the help of the team).

The Best Plays idea sounds, nice, but a judgement on "Best" might differ from person to person. The system would need something to judge it by (ie. A multi-kill). I think integrating the make-ups of the spectating feature to make something like this happen would be worthwhile as well.
