Gifting skin/champion shards from Hextech Chests.

Like if you don't want the skin you get from a chest and one of your friends wants the skin. Instead of re rolling it, I think it would be a cool idea, if we had the option to gift them to friends. Same with champion shards (I've gotten doubles before even if I already own the champion.). I've gotten a few skins that I didn't want that a friend did, I kinda felt bad rerolling them, so it would be cool to see something like that implemented!
