What riot banned me

What riot banned me for** I was chat restricted for 75 games and had ranked disabled until i completed 35 draft normals because (after about 10 different emails) I finally got a human to tell me that I was banned because:

1. I Typed that I was going to report people
2. I Typed that someone was a troll.
3. I was "being overtly negative to your team when things aren't going well."
4. Typing "you're terrible" in chat.

So, #4 could be argued is toxic/negative. However I think it's just a result of me talking to the trolls/other people who need to be reported on my team. Or maybe i was typing "you're terrible" to correct someone since most people don't know any grammar rules.

Regardless, that's ridiculous. Especially since in most of those cases, I am being to to kill myself with bleach or by hanging with excessive cursing thrown in just in case that's not enough to make me snap. So yes. I might have said someone was terrible. But that's likely because they deserved it. How am I banned when there are people like that? Should they not all be permabanned?

Sadly, I am now playing through normal games with a very bad attitude trying to end them as fast as possible. You've changed me for the worse riot. hats off to you

I wanted to let people know because I don't want other good people having to go through this. I apologize on behalf of the crappy community and company that made this game.
