New to the Live streaming

So i have been trying to get my live stream going and i cant seem to get it right. My FPS goes to like 40-60 when streaming and when im not its like 100 or so.

I got a Asus 770 gtx oc GPU, CPU AMD 8150 FX at 3.9 ghz and run OBS for the streaming. I might have some settings wrong on the obs so any options from you guys would be great.
