The story of a solo top player

So I started back in S2 or S3 when they still had that frostborne or frostmail armor, I believe Voli just came out, and Jungling was the new rage.

As a person who plays tanks in any MMO, I got Shen as my first champ. His ult seemed helpful, along with TP. I learned the hard way how to 1v2 top, and learned the hard way on everything else in this game.

While I do not do ranked (I am not a "great" player by any means) I helped a friend get to silver, so I ranked Bronze last season. Last pre-season I ranked S1 on my way to G5. After watching some of the tournies, and watching people just nuke other members, thats when I decided to switch roles.

I went from the support/top tank, to APC. I decided to try veigar out since I never used him and after 4 or 5 games I went 20/5/17 or something stupid. I instantly fell inlove with the champ, cause he is who I always wanted, someone who can one shot the ADC, and AP.

As I played and played through out the years, I saw my friends get Penta Kills, and I sat there with only a handful (Shen, Nasus, Rammus, and a few other tanks I got lucky hits on.) So at first, switching to squishies sucked. I was always out of spot, always caught and killed. Well after all that, and feeding hard, I retired from APC's. Well this year I picked up Veigar and it changed my mind.

Yes I have fed, yes I have sucked, yes I have been a garbage player in a lot of games on my quest to find a champ I can play with, but you know what? It doesn't get me down, it's what norms is for. It is to test champs. I can go in a bot match and 1v2 with any champ almost, bot's aren't practice for me anymore.

Congrats, but on a side note, I haven't used bots as practice since doombots
