Refer a Friend
What is the point of the new refer a friend system not being here if the current one, that was supposed to be accessible for a month, doesn't work? Asking in misc. because it's more of a personal annoyance than an actual problem.

Mmmm as the season winds down I wanted to make another account and level it up so I can 30 and place before rewards are handed out, but I can't refer because the current page is down.
Riot have to know that it's like this, they're just going to sweep it under the rug for two weeks and then release the new RAF. :\
It was like this for a while and then the page was good for one day. Seems like they're limiting more people from abusing the system as it is. I don't really see the point since this has been going on for a while...
