Graves vs Gragas: Cigars vs Kegs

So, I just had one question. Where is Graves' cigar? I recently spotted ESRB rating in the new Kled video. It clearly states "Use of Alcohol and Tobacco" If this is stated in the rating of the game then why not have it IN THE GAME??? Gragas gets to chug his keg all game, why segregate Graves from being able to puff on his cigar all game. I know it's been said that he vapes now, yet he still doesn't have a MOD. C'mon Riot, put an end to segregation once and for all. Equality to all champions and their habits.

It's got that rating in the US, but not worldwide, where depictions of smoking have a lot more regulations depending on what country you're in. Being as League is a global game, they have to take strides to cater their artistic depictions to all nations at once, otherwise they have to have a shit ton of art teams and servers to accompany the art for each and every iteration of its existence in each country. It's easier, as a business, to remove questionable content so that they can have globalized artwork that they can click a button and update for every country at once, rather than micromanaging for specific nations.

On the topic of alcohol, on the other hand, the US is probably the only country that has a stick up the rear about it. Almost every other nation accepts alcohol as an everyday thing, and doesn't demonize like the US, which is actually healthier in the long run due to how denial and overindulgence tend to go hand in hand... that's for another time though. Regardless, alcohol isn't an issue worldwide, so that's why Gragas can have kegs.
