I am being accused of MMR Boosting, and I haven't even done anything!

I got an email about 5 mins ago saying that my account is being suspended because of MMR boosting. This is a COMPLETE LIE/MISTAKE. I have never/will never be involved in stuff like that. What are the necessary steps to resolve this issue because YOU GUYS have made a mistake and I am suffering from it.
