Server connection issues resulting in Leavebuster warnings

I'm sure you want to keep your customers happy. I can deal with all the in-game pubescent raging, but what I find as quite ridiculous is how unstable your platform is and even more so at how disgustingly harsh your punishments are for "leaving a game." My internet connection was lost for one minute during loading time. I was disconnected from your server and tried to reconnect for the next 5 minutes. I sign back on a day later having given up trying to reconnect and get a "Leavebuster Warning" after having left one game in the last two years due to a service interruption and your service inability to provide adequate response time.

Here is my question: Lets say you worked for Riot Games for the past couple years. You've never been late, never been written up or even verbally warned for any reason. You always showed up on time and did your work in a timely manner. One day, you were involved in a car accident going to work. You continuously tried to contact your superior to no avail. You decide to explain your situation to them when you get back to work tomorrow only to find a piece of paper on your desk titled "Disciplinary Action" in which it states you cannot return to work unless you sign the bottom acknowledging fault. Having no choice but to admit fault to a situation out of your control, your superior tells you that regardless of what happened, it will still be considered as a "no call no show" and will negatively affect your employment at Riot Games with no **clear **language as to how you may expunge this unfortunate incident.

How do you feel and what does this tell you about the company?

Tread lightly. It's Comcastic.

My internet just shit out on me (connecting through my phone now). Was about 5 minutes into a match when it happened, and wasn't able to get back until 26 (then proceeded to have 500+ ping). No Leaver Buster.

You are talking about the warning right? Which would be the equivalent of your boss saying something like "don't make it a habit".
