What is the best software to use to record my games. This will not be me streaming my games, if you see my rank you will understand. I want to use this to watch my games afterward to study my faults.

I prefer BaronReplays. Haven't had a problem yet, though with any replay you have to watch it on the client version it was recorded with, so if you want to watch one, watch it before the next patch or find where to download the previous client.
Fraps is always a solid choice, though it has a reasonably significant framerate impact and has a small introductory fee to use the full version of the product. If you want one specifically for LoL I'm not sure, unfortunately.
