I buy Fizz or Ziggs?...Or savings for Jinx?
Not if i buy a Fizz, as it's very good for many kills, to Ziggs that has more range and say it's more fun or saving for the long awaited "Jinx" would you recommend?

It would depend on if you prefer AP casters, or AD rangers. Overall, Jinx is going to be overplayed in the next few weeks, leading to people learning every nook and cranny in her kit. This means that you'll get outplayed a lot for the next month if you buy Jinx. Of course, after that period, she'll be just like the other champions. If you just want to buy a new champion to play, then go with whichever you feel you will enjoy most. I can personally vouch for both of them. They are both excellent and insanely fun to play.
Honestly, I would have to vote that Ziggs is the better choice. That's just me, though.
