Errors with patch 5.19

So I have been having constant problems since the most recent patch, 5.19. I was able to resolve a few, I was unable to patch, and ended up reinstalling. Then, every time I would log in, the patcher would start wanting to re-patch, so I repaired hitting the ? on the top right, and it worked.

But this morning has been aggravating. As I opened the launcher, I realized that nothing showed up, only the top part. I could still log in, so I did so. Then I started up a custom match, and after champion select, it refused to let me begin loading, saying that it couldn't connect. So I logged off, disabled firewalls, opened LoL as administrator, and repaired the installation, but it keeps doing the same thing.

So I uninstalled, and am currently reinstalling the game, and I still get the blank-ish launcher. I attached a screenshot of it.

What's going on? Does it have something to do with firewalls? I allowed LoL through Panda and Windows Firewall, and tried disabling both. I have Malwarebytes, but am not sure if there is a firewall option there, haven't been able to find it if there is.

Help? Please? This didnt happen at all until recently and its driving me insane. If it's something insanely simple to resolve...sorry!
