So i sent riot a personalized support ticket thoroughly crucifying them for their server instability. Telling them that my internet is not at fault. Giving them proof that THEIR servers are the ones with the problem. Their response? They suggested i check my internet.
Yeah I had a ticket complaining about lag spikes and they kept asking me to send them some network test information and said Skype might be the reason. I couldn't be bothered to do the test, but when I can play any other game on the planet while using Skype and without lag spikes but I'm consistently getting spikes upwards of 500 ping in this game I'm pretty sure it's not an issue on my end.
