Permanent Login screen/ change login screen

A while ago I posted a question asking if you can keep certain log in screens that you were interested in, I then was told that there is no way to get previous log in screens any sort of way back. Now, if you're like me then you have had a favorite login screen, mine is the Elementalist Lux skin release that came out, somehow it just mesmerizes me how well someone put that together and I love the art and the music that was involved. Personally I think that Riot should implement a system where you could choose your login screen and personally I would pay for it, I was told that if this got a lot of feedback that they would consider it, so who else shares this thought with me? Who says that you should be able to personalize your login screen?
