Vayne Skins: Heartseeker, Arclight or Dragonslayer?
Can't choose for the life of me, which do you think I should get?

How about Aristocrat?
I'm a big fan of Vindicator Vayne, but since that isn't an option, I would recommend Dragonslayer since it has the best model in my opinion.
I love Arclight's splash art, but the in-game model looks really bad in my opinion. (Love the recall animation though!)
So for that, my vote is Dragonslayer, which I enjoy the splash and the look in-game.
My advice is to check on Lolking or Youtube to see which you find more visually appealing in-game before you make your final decision.
Vindicator is my favorite go-to Vayne skin.
Dragonslayer gets you respectable nods as a Vayne player.
Arclight is pretty, but not exciting.
Heartseeker is jinxed on me. I'm not superstitious, but statistically, I lose 75% of my games as HS Vayne. Plus you stick out like a sore-thumb dressed in pink as an AD- assassin.
Why not get all 3? :) Arclight has more particles so it's worth the 975 price. In game looks alright imo. Dragonslayer doesn't have much a lot of change except model, which imo looks awesome sauce!! It's really up to you though. Good luck deciding!
