Tired of ISPs not working with League only

Played a bunch of games, np. Then one game I lag all game. TP on 3 second cooldown. Ping test after game is over? 19. My ISP is specifically not working with LoL and is fine with everything else. Not sure if there's anything Riot can do about it but I need to rant because this is the 5th time this month I've had a game like this.
