SOMEONE HELP

So. I've had my account banned for quite sometime. well, not "banned" but there IS a 40min time ban for 10 games on it lol It got to that point because the internet at my old apartment made it so I could only play every so often without it crashing or DC'ing. However; I have since moved to a place where the internet is stable.

I guess what i'm asking is if anybody has a "spare/Unused/smurf" acc (as low as 25 even), I would be willing to pay accordingly. I have been playing since S2 (unranked due to internet/time issues) but I would really just want to play in my spare time.

If anybody could help it will be appreciated ~
